Serenata (Codfish Salad)

Ingredients
1 pound boneless codfish
2 potatoes, peeled and cut in thin slices
2 eggs
6 green bananas
4 yautías
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes cut in thin slices
1 avocado
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Soak codfish in water for 3 hours. Strain. Boil codfish for 10 minutes. Separate into small pieces. Boil yautías, potatoes and green bananas until done. Shred the lettuce and prepare the salad, "serenata," with all the ingredients. Prepare a sauce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and season the serenata. Boil and slice the eggs and put on top for decoration. Enjoy!
